environmentally degradable polyolefin's have been tested and evaluated
at a Government of India chemical laboratory. The test and evaluation report
shows excellent degradation characteristics as per accepted protocols.
Further, the said samples have also been certified as safe for use on account
of its `No Toxic Effect'. M/s. Bio-D Plastics' does not give any other
representation except as above stated in respect of their Bio-DTM material
and that the said representation is purely based on the report and certificates
furnished to them by a Government of India chemical laboratory and a Government
approved Toxicology Centre. Disclaimer of Waranty: Whatever
information is supplied by Bio-D Plastics in relation to its products whether
in the nature of data, recommendations or otherwise has resulted from research
based investigations/tests conducted and concluded by the qualified experts
in the instant field which is believed to be reliable. However, Bio-D Plastics
assumes no liability whatsoever in respect of the application, processing
or use made of the aforementioned information or product or any consequence
thereof. In a much as Bio-D has no control or dominion over the use to
